Genomics — Oncology RNA-seq Cohort

A scientific board over six datasets from a simulated tumor RNA-seq study: a clustered expression heatmap (60 genes × 48 samples), a differential-expression volcano and MA plot over 1,500 genes, a two-contrast comparison, a 1,600-cell single-cell UMAP, a ring meter summarizing 1,200 enrolled samples, a stacked best-response-by-stage bar, and a Kaplan-Meier survival curve by treatment arm. Three filter controls drive the board: Tumor Stage (top) narrows the heatmap samples and both survival curves; Regulation (above the volcano) re-filters the volcano, MA and contrast plots to up/down/non-significant genes; and Treatment Arm (above the KM plots) narrows the survival curves and the sample/event meters to one arm.
