Usage

CanvasXpress is a standalone JavaScript library with an unobtrusive user interface and a sofisticated mechanish to track of all user interactions for Reproducible Research purposes. Explore text delimited files, create dynamic web pages, integrate with Leaflet visualizations or use it whitin R at the console, in R-Studio or in Shiny applications. CanvasXpress was developed as the core visualization component for bioinformatics at Bristol-Myers Squibb. It supports a large number of visualizations and includes a data table and a filtering panel for easy data exploration. Data can be sorted, grouped, transposed, transformed or clustered dynamically.
